On one hand, we get order request from customers, on the other hand, we never stop thinking and design our items. Most of the designs is we try to understand the Business Trend and produce related theme, and sometime we will have our own idea and create something special. For now we have over 10,000 designs for customer to choose, can substitute between silver & gold (9k / 14k / 18k), most of the designs are able to change the main stones.
Although our factory size are not big, but we do have different departments including Hand Draw Designs and Jewellery CAD Designs Department. For some of the customers, if they have their own idea to create their collections, we are able to make it happen, the designs will be privately own by customer and we will not share any information.
HNJF provide profession setting service, including All kinds of Australia Opal / Semi precious / etc. Customer can select our designs or provide your own designs for settings, material can be choose in Silver or Gold.
Order Time Consume
HNJF usually will use FedEx for shipping, Customer can provide your FedEx account or we can use our account and charge back on invoice. We do have customer wish to use other shipment method like DHL, EMS, Parcel Pro, etc. This is fine with us, please just let us know. For insurance, we do work with an independent insurance company and will purchase insurance for each order, please let us know if you have any other instructions.
